Why Is It So Hard To Drink Water These Days?

Because it is dead and devoid of nourishment.
We know that water is essential to our survival and thriving. We can last longer without food than we ever can without water. But what about the quality? Where has the water been in its journey to your glass? How can you gain the nourishment you need from the water that you drink?
Your water has likely undergone municipal treatment where the recycled water goes through various processes of disinfection and purification and has then sat in reservoirs for long periods of time before eventually traveling along piping leading to your tap. Along this route it’s been stripped of the natural minerals that made it highly drinkable in the first place, has lost it's structure and holds the memory of everything it has come into contact with. Chemicals have also been added, such as fluoride, in levels described as 'beneficial for dental health'' that are higher than naturally present in water. Ingesting fluoride changes the magnesium in your body into an unusable state thereby depleting you of this essential mineral which is actually needed for strong and healthy teeth.
Tap water and many bottled waters lack vitality and are devoid of essential minerals.
A Solution?
Filter Your Water
To reduce as much as possible the amount of contaminants.
Restructure Your Water
Water stores memory and you can remove the imprinting and bring vitality back to it by restructuring.

Bringing harmony to the molecular structure of water is remarkably easy to do.
Pour your filtered water into, ideally, a barrel shaped container.
I use a crystal vase as shown.
The process consists of you stirring the water four times in alternate directions.
Using a wooden spoon in your left hand, place it at the bottom of the container and stir counter-clockwise, in wide circles, approx 7 times, by then you will get a feel for the water as it builds momentum and you can then stir another 7 or so times in smaller circles and you will see and feel a vortex being created (shown below).

Lift the spoon out and allow the vortex to spin until it dissipates. Now do the same process with the spoon still in your left hand and stirring in the same way in the opposite direction, clockwise.
Once you've formed your vortex and allowed it to settle, use your right hand and repeat with the counter-clockwise stirring and then finish with the clockwise stirring.
So you will have stirred the water twice in each direction, clearing out the memory it held and restructuring the molecules, optimising it's contribution to the complex functions of your body.
The taste difference is distinct and once you drink it, I am convinced you will never go back to consuming unstructured water.

Enhance Energetically Store in a container and download with the energy of unconditional love through an energetic process of focused intent or prayer.
You could also infuse the energy of love into your water with ‘I love you’ written on paper and placed on or underneath it. Remember that water is an unfiltered receiver of energy that enters your system. Your expression of appreciation of it will have immediate ripple effects for you, your pets, your entire family.
You can also charge your bath water in this way.
Remineralise Your Water Add highly bioavailable ionic minerals to each glass of water and a pinch of sea salt, NOT refined table salt - that stuff is stripped of the many minerals and has no value and is actually detrimental to the lining of your arteries. Magnesium is a mineral that most people are deficient in and I'd suggest that many are severely deficient and don't even know it.
I know I didn't for a very long time. Here's why...
Currently, soil used in food production is heavily depleted of nutrients due to unsustainable industrial farming practises that began in the 1920's.

The experience of eating, for example an apple, is vastly different now to how it would have been a hundred years ago. The nutrients are what makes food taste good.
From the mineral depletions recorded, it is suggested we would need to eat the equivalent of 26 of today's apples to receive the nutrition of a single apple in the early 1900's. No wonder it has become cliche that parents struggle to get their kids to eat fruit and veg these days. Did they have that problem a century ago? Not likely. If the food were nutritionally dense and delicious, as nature intended, there would be no issue. What we have widely available at present, is a shadow of what has existed before.
We cannot rely solely on fruit and vegetables to gain even an adequate amount of vitamins and minerals for our bodies, let alone optimal.
Drinking For Your Health If you, or a loved one, has any kind of neurodegenerative, cardiovascular, inflammatory disease, or constipation, cramping, dealing with chronic stress of any kind, these are sure signs of magnesium deficiency.
Ironically, some medications for some of these conditions actually further deplete magnesium levels (due to that fluoride binding action) causing increased stress and damage. Statin drugs are one such example.
Magnesium is the relaxer whilst calcium serves as the contractor. Without enough magnesium to ease off the muscular contraction, our bodies are under a constant state of stress with little or no relief.
Our mind and body become wired with our sympathetic nervous system in overdrive.
We have muscle requiring regulation in places such as our heart, the lining of our arteries and our gut as well as skeletal muscle. Magnesium's job of also being a cofactor/activator of hundreds of enzymes for a multitude of important functions in the body gets sidelined too. A perfect environment for chronic illness to develop.
There are good quality, highly bioavailable supplements that penetrate the cells to create noticeable and radical replenishment. I like using this one:
What's Love Got To Do With It?
Energetically minerals equate with support. As a species we are waking up to discover what authentic nurturing and love truly is and what it takes to receive it and gift it to others. The presence of the lack of it is undeniable and starkly reflected in the depletion and toxicity within our most basic of needs; food and water.
The collective need and not getting of love and nurturing is reflected in the widespread depletion we have in our soil and the toxins on our supermarket shelves.
Where have you felt unsupported and/or unloved in your life? Have you experienced trauma and abuse? Have you always desired to know what true support is? What authentic love is? On all levels of your being? Saturating your body with magnesium is a great place to start.
When you drink a glass of this filtered, restructured, love infused, mineralised water it will be SO easy. You will enjoy it and consume plenty to optimise your hydration because your body desires it and benefits from it. I give this water to my cats too and they lap it up!
It is alive (not stagnant), enriched (not stripped & adulterated) and therefore tastes delicious.
How does your body like the sound of that?!
