I hereby grant Magical Metamorphosis Ltd the right to use such video and/or audio recordings of my name, likeness and voice in any and all forms of media, now or hereinafter created, and in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, composite or edited forms, for Magical Metamorphosis Ltd, to distribute, sell and use in any manner, as Magical Metamorphosis Ltd may determine in its sole and absolute discretion. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any version(s), including the finished version(s), of such recordings, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.

 

I have read this Release, fully understand its terms and understand that I may be giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue, and any and all rights to fees or compensation from the distribution, sale or use by Magical Metamorphosis Ltd for any and all purposes.

I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this Release freely and voluntarily and intend by my on-line registration at www.magicalmetamorphosis.com for the Release to be a complete and unconditional release from and against all liability of Magical Metamorphosis Ltd to the greatest extent allowed by law.
